A pisco cocktail will begin this culinary journey at the new Tunki Ceviche and Woodfire Grill in West Lakes. Marvel at the interactive Nikkei-style guacamole preparation right at your table and discover the Japanese-Peruvian inspiration and unique methods guiding the restaurant.
Tunki is guided by the joy of sharing – a philosophy the evening’s five-course menu is set to capture. In-house chefs Ashley Nguyen and Krish Dutt will delve into flavour profiles, ingredients and the various Peruvian chilli varieties used in each dish.
Guests will also have the chance to learn culinary technique from the chefs and receive exclusive take-home recipes. Tour Tunki’s state-of-the-art kitchen, where the meticulous process behind its sushi and ceviche bar, as well as the robata grill, will be showcased. See how a master sashimi chef breaks down premium South Australian seafood, then finish the evening with a delectable dessert.
