This feast is for one very special night only. Join Umaii head chef and owner Chester Chan for a five-course meal in celebration of the freshest bluefin tuna. Watch as he expertly prepares and fillets the fish, with up-close access throughout the evening.
Guests are invited to take a seat and get comfortable as the whole restaurant becomes a chef’s table. A five course, tuna-centric menu awaits. Chan will harmonise flavours and textures while highlighting sustainably sourced Port Lincoln tuna – a unique sensory experience sure to tantalise.
To further enhance this experience guests are invited to consider wine or sake pairings per course.
