Town Square Kitchen presented by The Fork
This is your go-to festival dining destination, where top chefs will collaborate to craft dazzling meals you won’t find anywhere else.
Watch them at work, catch up with friends and savour your time in the city centre.
Along with hosting ticketed events the Town Square Kitchen will also be open to the public. It’s the ideal spot to relax and immerse yourself in all things Tasting Australia.
On the menu at Town Square Kitchen is an extensive range of curated events featuring some of the festival’s biggest names. Some event highlights include Mayura Station Rare Cuts with Analiese Gregory, Jake Kellie and Mark Wright, Seed and Soil a menu highlighting vegetarian cuisine with Kane Pollard, Mark Labrooy and Paul Carmichael and the exclusive launch of Henschke’s 2016 vintage with Hill of Grace First Taste featuring Christine Manfield, Alanna Sapwell and Paul Baker.
All Town Square Kitchen events will reflect the festival’s support of local artisans and will feature locally sourced pieces throughout the dining experience including crockery and cutlery, whilst the curated menus will highlight local South Australian producers.
