Watch artisans at work in a new space dedicated to their creativity. Master Cask barrel charring demonstrations will take place throughout the festival; get close to see how the magic happens.

The process of charring a barrel is an exciting one. Master Cask are experts in this field, and utilise wood fired charring as opposed to gas charring. This choice creates more favourable flavours in the final whisky, and also creates quite the spectacle when being performed. Come into Town Square to check it out.

Come join Mandy Hall on Tuesday 4 May at 5:00pm - 6:00pm in the Masterclass Pavilion and she will show you how to culturing your own cream.

Come and visit Carol Dadds, owner and founder of Sunshine Barossa in Town Square where she will have different types of leather goods on display including leather knife rolls, beeswax leather conditioner and leather aprons. Carol will explain how to look after different types of leather and demonstrate how she makes knife rolls.

An Introduction to Vase Arranging

Sunday 9 May at 4:30pm - 6:00pm on the Town Square stage

Ivy House Florist will demonstrate how to arrange a vase bouquet from wild flowers, garden roses or store bought flowers ,and showsteps on how to take them to the next level. You will explore the basics of colour theory, tools needed and flower choices. Ivy House will have a limited run of one off arrangements that will be available for purchase from 11am on the day - perfect for Mother's Day!
