Interactive virtual classroom with Meat and Livestock Australia
This term Meat and Livestock Australia are running a series of interactive, virtual classrooms for primary school aged students, giving them the exciting opportunity to engage with Australian beef and lamb farmers.
Kids from anywhere in the country can tune in to learn about how farmers look after the land and animals on their property, how climate affects the way farmers manage their land and the different technologies farmers use to remain sustainable and efficient.
Each class runs for approximately 45 minutes and students can tune in from home or from the classroom. It’s a great tool for parents who are having to home school at the moment to learn more about the important role farmers play in the Australian community.
