Shobosho head chef, Adam Liston put a call out on social media recently asking for a way to get his chefs back in the kitchen and help those in need during this time. His call out was heard by the people at WestCare Centre, a community service that serve breakfast and lunch to vulnerable people. They feed around 100 people daily, with that figure continually increasing due to COVID-19.
The Shobosho chefs will take over cooking duties for WestCare’s lunch services six days of the week, allowing the team to use their skills for a good cause whilst feeding people in need.
Adam Liston is also launching Dr. Sho, a meal delivery service for health professionals, ensuring those on the frontline of this epidemic are being fed nourishing and delicious meals.
Great job Listy – we are proud of you!
