A tempting selection of bagels will feature in this festival iteration of Pearla’s popular food truck. A southern fried oyster bagel with prosecco remoulade is also on offer.

Prosecco Battered South Australian Oyster — $30

5–6 Prosecco battered South Australian oysters, remoulade and butter lettuce served on thick cut toasted sourdough bagel.

 

La Casa Del Formaggio Haloumi Bagel — $22

La casa del formaggio haloumi, house mushroom pate, pickled carrot + daikon, fresh cucumber, red onion, chilli, coriander, fried shallots, mayo and rocket served on a toasted sourdough bagel.

 

Croque Monsieur Bagel — $20

Local leg ham, bechamel, wholegrain mustard served on thick cut toasted sourdough bagel.

 

Miso Mushroom Bagel — $18

Local mushrooms smothered in a miso dressing, edamame pesto, house mayo, butter lettuce served on thick cut toasted sourdough bagel. Vegan/vegetarian.
