Are you ready to party down? Embrace the free-flowing elixirs, the killer disco bump and the open minds of the Fresh Wine Disco; a celebration of 2018 vintage poured by the winemaker, directly from the demi-john to your glass just weeks after harvest from the vine.
Following the sell-out success of 2017 and now in a larger venue – The Manor at Basket Range – Fresh Wine Disco is taking over the heartland of the natural, low-intervention winemaking movement of the Adelaide Hills.
Curated by Taras Ochota of Ochota Barrels (Basket Range), the afternoon will begin with slurps of wine siphoned straight from demi-john and the chance to meet the faces behind the labels that are reinvigorating Australia’s wine industry.
Joining the party are – Adelina (SA), Andrew Seppelt (SA), Arno Wine Co (SA), BK (SA), Basket Range (SA), Blind Corner (WA), Borachio (SA), Brian (Tas), Charlotte Dalton (SA), Commune of Buttons (SA), CRFT (SA), Dandelion Wines (SA), Gentle Folk (SA), Good Intentions (SA), Harkham Wines (NSW), Jamsheed (Vic), Jauma (SA), Jilly Wines (NSW), Koerner (SA), Little Things (SA), Murdoch Hill (SA), Ngeringa (SA), Occam's Razor (Vic), Ochota Barrels (SA), Proud Primary Produce (Vic), Samuel’s Gorge (SA), SC Pannell (SA), Shobbrook (SA), Si Vintners (WA), So Fresh So Clean (SA), William Downie (Vic), Worlds Apart (SA), Xavier (Vic) and Yetti and the Kokonut (SA).
After several hours of tasting, the room will be cleared to make way for killer disco bump and earth-shaking beats. Mary’s Burgers and a yet to announced caterer will be on site selling delicious bites to keep you fuelled to party all night long.
Let your hair down, extend your palate and share the experience with fun-loving friends.
