Angus Love began his career in the kitchen at the Prairie Hotel in 2011 before returning to Adelaide in 2012. A decade later, he returned to the helm of the iconic family-owned Prairie Hotel under the directorship of proprietors Jane and Ross Fargher.
Having worked through many of Adelaide's eating & drinking institutions and food festivals, Love has been reinvigorated by a return to his roots and is excited to work with the community of the Flinders Ranges to showcase the ancient and awe-inspiring region. Focusing on the thoughtful inclusion of native ingredients and the use of wild-harvested feral animals in the menu, Love and his team present a snapshot of the culinary delights of the Ranges in the picturesque Gallery Restaurant.
