Chris Crawford is the Group General Manager of Beverage for Crown Casino overseeing all aspects of the Melbourne, Perth and Sydney operation. He is also the current President of Sommeliers Australia, and sub-committee chair for education, where he is involved in establishing and tutoring the Sommeliers Australia Education Program.
Chris is a previous winner of Negociants' Working with Wine Fellowship as well as a certified sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers (UK and USA). He is also a senior judge at various regional and capital wine shows, and is the current Chair of the Yarra Valley Wine Show & James Halliday Chardonnay Challenge.
