For more than 15 years, renowned chef Imogen ‘Mo’ Czulowski explored the culinary world and led award-winning restaurants across Australia and Europe. 
She started her career at the original Fino Willunga alongside David Swain and Sharon Romeo, where she honed her skills and knowledge of local produce.
After finishing her apprenticeship, she set off to London and worked at acclaimed establishments such as Dinner by Heston and Noma.
Returning home to South Australia, Czulowski ambitiously picked up the reins as head chef at Africola. Armed with a palate of global flavours, her sharpened skills drove a young, aspiring team to grand, award-winning culinary heights. Tantalising diners, food critics and devout, loyal regulars.
Czulowski works alongside her partner, running the culinary side of ‘Off Piste Tours’, where she creates intimate local lunches at their homestead. Czulowski has also recently rejoined the Africola and Africola Canteen team as the group's culinary director.
