Driven by a deep desire to learn, perfect his service skills and expand his world knowledge of wine, he ventured to Europe, where he eventually earned the role of Service Director at the world renowned restaurant, noma. For more than a decade, James was an integral part of the team that contributed to changing the global food and wine landscape. He has now returned to his home, South Australia.
