Matt Paul

Matt Paul is a respected importer of Italian wine in Australia and is the owner of Trembath & Taylor Pty Ltd.  His portfolio includes more than seventy wineries from almost every region in Italy with a comprehensive focus on Piedmont and Tuscany. His love for Italian wine and food was kindled during his formative years where he worked with celebrated chefs and restaurateurs in some of Melbourne’s leading restaurants.

Matt is also the founder of online wine retailer Vino Italiano (vinoitaliano.com.au).  He is tireless in his pursuit of a deeper understanding of the vast complexities that govern Italian wine and is committed to sharing that knowledge with a broader audience. 

He loves to cook with Italian wine and sometimes even uses it in the food!
