Rosheen Kaul is the 29-year-old head chef at Brunswick East restaurant Etta.
Originally from Singapore, Rosheen spent her formative years training at prestigious restaurants Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, Ezard and Lee Ho Fook.
Her cooking style at Etta takes a fresh approach to wine-friendly dining. With a red gum woodfired hearth at the centre of her cooking, she meshes her training, sensibility and multicultural Asian heritage into menu that still feels familiar.
