After the ubiquitous chefs working tour of Europe, Sam Smith returned to South Australia with a focus on produce driven food. He found a long term home with the Fino institution and made the move to the Barossa Valley as Executive Chef of Fino Seppeltsfield.
Smith has now brought his relaxed, produce driven, collaborative and community focused approach to dining to Otherness Wine Bar in Angaston.
