Wilson's culinary credits include Bistro Dom, The Henry Austin, Orana and Hentley Farm. Since joining the Anchovy Bandit team as Executive chef in 2020, Wilson has transformed the Bandit menu and his nod to traditional Italian food, with revolutionary flavour combinations as his trademark.
