Starward Whisky's Old Fashioned

Starward Whisky’s fat-washed Old-Fashioned is the modern Aphrodite. Indulgent and creamy - a love potion for the senses.

Recipe:

Try your hand at fat-washing or alternatively you can recreate your own love potion at home with:
• 60ml Starward Two-Fold
• 30ml Raspberry syrup*
• Three dashes of orange bitters

Method:

Stir down ingredients over ice, serve in a short glass with a large chunk of ice and garnish with an orange twist.

*For Raspberry Syrup
• Reduce a punnet of raspberries with ¼ cup of sugar and a vanilla bean until a syrup forms
• Strain out the pips, keeping the syrup.
