Adriano Macri is the founder of Bottega Gelateria, a premium artisan gelato brand based in Adelaide with locations in Henley Beach, Glenelg and Prospect. 

Driven by a deep respect for traditional Italian gelato craftsmanship, Macri founded Bottega with a clear purpose: to protect and celebrate the increasingly rare art of real gelato. At a time when much of the industry relies on industrial flavourings and convenience products, he remains committed to authenticity, natural ingredients and small-batch production. 

His work reflects a belief that great gelato should honour both tradition and place, combining time-honoured Italian methods with exceptional Australian produce. 

Through Bottega Gelateria, Adriano Macri is helping re-establish gelato not simply as a dessert, but as a craft worth preserving.
