For over a decade, wine has been an essential part of Agnes professional life and her passion. As PR manager for a leading Polish wine distributor AMBRA S.A. Agnes added value to the popularisation of a wine culture in Poland, organising the largest wine event in Poland "Love Wine Festival", wine tastings, master classes and face-to-face meetings with the leading European sommeliers.
Agnes also initiated and ran the "Lublin Young Cider Festival" - a concept similar to Beaujolais Nouveau which generated a lot of buzz for the whole product category with the aim of developing a new cider culture in the Lubelski Region, just as Tuscany did with wine. After moving from Warsaw to Adelaide, Agnes has had the honour of working for some of the best and busiest Tasting Rooms in the Adelaide Hills (Bird in Hand, Sidewood, The Lane). The culmination of this hard work was the Chanticleer Award for Best Cellar Door Person at the Adelaide Hills Wine Show 2021. At Ondeen she created Wine Room - collective cellar door showcasing a curated selection of small-batch wines and offering immersive tasting experiences that celebrate the unique terroir of the Adelaide Hills.
After hours Agnes works as a news correspondent for Polish Radio 357 covering all of Australia. It is the world's largest community-funded media project.
