Andy Ferrara is Head Chef and part-owner of OMADA Bar & Grill, a modern Greek restaurant on the corner of Leigh Street in Adelaide’s west end built around fire, flavour and a deep sense of heritage.

He’s spent time in some of the country’s most respected kitchens, including Melbourne’s Supernormal and Cutler & Co., as well as closer to home at Leigh Street Wine Room and his own Greek pop-up, Thanks to Theo.

At OMADA, Andy channels his upbringing and Nemean roots into a menu that reads like a love letter to his yiayia’s cooking: rustic, generous and grounded in tradition, reworked with a chef’s hand and honoured over flame.
