Caitlyn Rees is a wine and restaurant professional with more than 14 years’ experience in the industry. Born and raised in Western Australia, she moved to Sydney in 2011 and quickly discovered a deep love for wine that shaped the rest of her career. 

Her work has been recognised with several prestigious honours, including Gourmet Traveller Sommelier of the Year (2017), Melbourne Food & Wine Hostplus Hospitality Scholarship Winner (2017)—through which she was able to stage in France, Denmark and the USA—and Gourmet Traveller Wine List of the Year (2020) for her wine program at Mary’s Underground. 

These days, her focus is devoted to Fratelli Paradiso and the joys (and chaos) of raising a young family.
