Denny Bradden has spent over two decades mastering her craft, having started her career in professional kitchens at just 16. At 18, she moved to London to sharpen her skills at the iconic Oxo Tower Restaurant and Brasserie, spending five years in one of the city's most prestigious dining rooms.
Returning home to the Adelaide Hills, Denny served as Sous Chef at acclaimed institutions Jolleys Boathouse and The Lane Vineyard. In 2017, she transitioned to business ownership with the Aldgate Chip Shop, followed by the launch of Dirty Doris Diner in 2021. Today, she blends her fine-dining knowledge with a passion for soulful comfort food for the community she grew up in.
Since its opening, Dirty Doris Diner has quickly become a local institution, well known for its easygoing service and bold flavours paired with a glass of local wine or a signature Bloody Mary.
