TASTING AUSTRALIA SPIRIT AWARDS JUDGE

Fred Siggins is a 25 year veteran of the hospitality and drinks industries having worked as a chef, bartender, manager, brand executive, presenter and educator for iconic venues and brands such as The Black Pearl, Whisky & Alement and Sullivans Cove Distillery. He is currently a freelance drinks writer as well as heading up the kitchen at new Melbourne whiskey bar Goodwater, which he co-owns with a group of industry veterans. Siggins has previously been a panel chair and judge at the Australian Distilled Spirits Awards and Drink Easy.
