Jane Bromley is a grape grower+winemaker based in the Adelaide Hills, where she and her partner craft small-batch sparkling Méthode Traditionnelle, table, and fortified wines under their boutique label, Honey Moon Vineyard. With a background in plant sciences, years of hands-on grape growing and winemaking, a love of Champagne, and accolades including the Vin de Champagne Award and the Diploma d’Honneur Corporation des Vignerons de Champagne, Jane has a technical, historical and cultural focus on wine. At the heart of her work is a simple purpose: to add joy to every occasion.
