Joanna Savill has been a long-time friend of Tasting Australia, having attended the very first festival and many more since. Over the years, she has supported Tasting Australia with events, connections, and engaging chef conversations.
Her impressive career spans national and international media, events, and community roles, including directing major food festivals, editing Good Food Guides, authoring food books, and co-hosting SBS TV’s Food Lover’s Guide to Australia. Joanna also holds a Master’s in Gastronomy from the University of Adelaide.
She considers South Australia a spectacular destination to eat, drink, connect with friends—both old and new—and continue discovering its vibrant and diverse food culture.
