LC Nguyen is an Adelaide-based cook who began her hospitality career front of house, working alongside some of the city’s most respected chefs at the likes of Thelma, ShoSho and Mensa.
Shaped by a Vietnamese upbringing and a love of travel, LC’s cooking centres on bold flavours and seasonality. LC has a love for hosting pop-ups across Adelaide, most recently at Smokelovers and LOC Bottle Bar, and cooking for friends, LC’s food brings people together.
