Olivia Moore is the owner of LOC Bottle Bar (Adelaide CBD) and part-owner of Thelma Restaurant (Piccadilly). With a passion for blending exceptional food, organically farmed wine, and memorable experiences, Moore has quickly become a standout in South Australia’s vibrant hospitality scene.  

LOC Bottle Bar offers a curated selection of local and international wines, accompanied by a produce driven menu from a rotating roster of chefs in residence.
