Sharon Romeo is the co-owner of FINO Seppeltsfield and FINO VINO.

Sharon’s contribution to SA’s hospitality industry covers over 30 years of experience and is referred to as an industry professional and legend. 

Sharon’s core value of uncompromising integrity has been fundamental in creating two successful regional restaurants FINO Willunga (2006-2016), FINO Seppeltsfield (2014-present) and her latest produce driven city restaurant + bar FINO VINO (2019–present). As a result of Sharon’s commitment to providing a thoughtful, genuine dining experience centred around service, produce, people and place she has amassed numerous accolades over the years.

Sharon’s wine lists are regularly noted as some of the best in Australia. FINO Willunga (now closed) and FINO Seppeltsfield have amassed more accolades than any other S.A. restaurants in recent times, including three-time hall of fame in the Australian Gourmet Traveller Wine awards and the 2015 Tony Hinchin Best New List award.

During her career, Sharon has contributed her service to the community including Tasting Australia, judging at the Adelaide Review Hot 100 Independent Wine Show for 7 years and Drink Easy Awards for 2 years.
