Improve your gin game and impress your friends with this series of simple and delicious gin recipes thanks to Ambleside Distillers.
Basil Smash
A simple summer cocktail from Ambleside Distillers founder Matt.
You will need:
45ml Small Acre Gin
25ml basil syrup
20ml lime juice
Fresh basil leaf for garnish
Simply:
1. Shake all ingredients over ice & pour into a rocks glass.
2. Garnish with basil.
Enjoy!
How to make Basil Syrup:
1. Mix a 1:1 ratio of hot water and white sugar.
2. Once cooled, muddle basil into the syrup and let it infuse in a sealed bottle.
