Improve your gin game and impress your friends with this series of simple and delicious gin recipes thanks to Ambleside Distillers.
Big Dry Gin Dirty Martini
You will need:
60ml Big Dry Gin
15ml Olive Brine
15ml Vermouth (we recommend Dolin Vermouth)
3 Sicilian olives
Simply:
1. Fill a mixing glass with ice, pour all ingredients in and stir for 15–20 seconds. You want to make sure the drink is nicely diluted, not too much but just enough to make the drink smoother.
2. Taste test on the back of your hand and stir longer if needed.
3. Single strain into a nick & nora or martini glass and garnish with 3 Sicilian olives.
