arkhé and friends, feat. David Thompson, Martin Boetz and Louis Tikaram
Gather at Adelaide's arkhé restaurant for the Thai barbecue banquet of your dreams. Join internationally acclaimed chef David Thompson alongside fellow heavyweights Martin Boetz, Louis Tikaram and arkhé executive chef Jake Kellie as they deliver on big flavour and even bigger energy at Adelaide's first open-flame restaurant.

Ferment
An epic shared feast awaits as Pirate Life honours all things fermented. Gather at its Port Adelaide base as guest chefs Tom Campbell (Summertown Aristologist), Lachlan Colwill – formerly of the Barossa’s Hentley Farm and now based at Omotenashi in Hobart – get to work with the in-house Rocky Oliveira. On the menu: a welcome drink, snacks and small plates with delicious bread, then shared fish, meat and vegetables before something fun to finish. Wild brews are bubbling away for the occasion too.

2KW's Agave Evolution
There’s an unconventional guest of honour at this rooftop party. It’s agave – the world’s favourite succulent! Gather at 2KW Bar and Restaurant for a selection of tastings and cocktails featuring tequila, mezcal and raicilla – plus a menu to match.

A Festival of Ribs
Get your tribe together as the Weber Grill Academy showcases different cuts, styles and preparations of beef, pork and lamb ribs, plus some less common fish and chicken varieties. Live barbecuing and butchery demonstrations will add to the festivities, with guests to enjoy a seated three-course meal and matched drinks. Rib bibs are supplied!

Locale Food Tour and Chef’s Table Experience at Pasadena Foodland
Forget the average. Pasadena Foodland is anything but, and during Tasting Australia it’s hosting four unique versions of its popular Locale Food Tours. Choose your theme – meat and butchery, wood-fired oven, South Australian seafood or plant-based – then enjoy an in-depth tour and dining experience.
