Masterclass – Vine Champions

This once-in- a-lifetime masterclass draws together some of the most distinguished University of Adelaide wine making alumni under a special celebration collection of wines carefully hand picked in celebration of the 150th anniversary of the University of Adelaide.

Featuring: Stephanie Dutton of Penfolds on behalf of Peter Gago AC, Louisa Rose of Yalumba, Peter Fraser of Yangarra, Adam Wadewitz of Shaw + Smith, Sue Hodder of Wynns Coonawarra Estate & Brian Croser AO, of Tapanappa Wines.

INCLUSIONS – 

• Food: Cheese tasting plate
• Beverages: three tasting brackets with four wines in each; a total of 12 wine tastings
