Adelaide-born and bred, Chef Jimmy Toone of Salopian Inn, is no stranger to a woodfired pizza and a bowl of pasta. Jimmy Toone sparked up SPC (Secret Pizza Club) during the COVID lockdowns as a creative outlet for his cooking at a time when travel to the regions was restricted.

Jimmy Toone’s love of cooking has seen him travel around the world, from the Savoie region of France to the Nagano region of Japan. Jimmy Toone is now landing at Anchovy Bandit for one night only to collaborate with Shane Wilson for the latest instalment of the Bandits Chef Series.

With each session, guests are in for an exclusive treat as Chef Toone and Wilson collaborate to put a unique spin on Anchovy Bandit's renowned dishes.
