Town Square Canteen celebrates six regional dining experiences and the people who shape them. It’s new. It’s relaxed. Join us at lunch for a delicious main course, shared side dish, bread and glass of wine. Meet top South Australian chefs and their front-of-house staff, trade stories and forge new connections.  

Many restaurants impress. Some even change the game. The Line & Label knows its mission: to champion the Eyre Peninsula and particularly Port Lincoln as food and wine destinations. The region’s producers and community guide award-winning chef Mark Jensen, who uses the local bounty in Asian-inspired dishes that pair seamlessly with wine. Now to the city. Jensen will star in Town Square Canteen, sharing his passion for South Australia’s beautifully wild west coast.

Our menus utilise regional produce at the height of its season and take months of careful planning. Many of the dishes featured will not be adaptable for particular dietary requirements. This event can cater to vegetarian, vegan and coeliac dietary requirements, although the menu may not be designed or executed by the visiting chefs.
