Masterclass — A Taste of Elegance

Take a moment to celebrate the remarkable wines of South Australia, exploring reds, whites and sparkling from some of the state’s most esteemed producers. 

Host Sid Pachare, joined by the winemakers, will lead the tasting journey and showcase South Australian wine at its finest. 

This masterclass will highlight premium offerings from McLaren Vale, the Barossa, Clare Valley and Adelaide Hills, with a curated selection of wines from Yangarra Estate Vineyard, Rockford, Pauletts and Golding Wines to feature. 

Taste iconic reds, elegant whites and sparkling wines while hearing from experts who continue to shape the South Australian winemaking scene. Sid is the wine educator for National Wine Education and an independent winemaker. He has a deep understanding of the people and labels that matter in the wine world, with this class to offer guests a snippet of what to expect when completing one of the National Wine Education courses.  

Gather for a Friday wine tasting masterclass in the Tasting Australia Drinks Academy – a new addition to Town Square. It’s your chance to enjoy a luxe selection of South Australian favourites, from the rich reds of Yangarra Estate Vineyard in McLaren Vale and Rockford in the Barossa to the crisp whites and rosés of Pauletts in the Clare Valley and sparkling delights from Golding Wines in the Adelaide Hills.
