Buckle up for a coastal field trip through South Australia’s spectacular Limestone Coast, discovering its landscapes, revered produce and award-winning wines along the way.

Learn how hidden water systems and ancient geology subtly shape the character of the region’s wines. See how ocean currents, kelp forests, and the Bonney Upwelling influence climate, agriculture, and wine. Meet amongst the vines with local esteemed winemakers whose deep family roots and connection to the land they care for illuminate the region’s viticultural story.

Chefs Karena Armstrong of The Salopian Inn and Gus Love of the Scenic Hotel join forces to provide a culinary journey worthy of the landscape.

Guests are encouraged to join Vineyard Safari – Coonawarra Day 1: Limestone Legacy to enjoy the complete experience.

Transport is provided across the day, but guests must book their own accommodation and transfers to/from Mt Gambier.
