A true veteran of Melbourne hospitality, Hannah Green is the restaurateur behind Brunswick East’s critically acclaimed Etta and recently opened neighbourhood local Daphne.

Combining elegant Melburnian cuisine, exceptional wine and world-class service with all the hallmarks of a treasured institution, Etta was established as a leader of Melbourne’s vibrant dining scene swiftly after opening in 2017.

In November 2025, Green expanded the family with bustling public house Daphne, located just a few doors down from Etta. Anchored by simple woodfired cooking, approachable drinings and a roster of signature ‘neighbourhood nights’ – including the cult-favourite Monday Martini Club – the venue has already earned a devoted local following.
