Improve your gin game and impress your friends with this series of simple and delicious gin recipes thanks to Ambleside Distillers.
Watermelon Sour
You will need:
45ml Small Acre Gin
4 cubes of watermelon or 30ml fresh watermelon juice
4-5 small mint leaves or mint infused sugar syrup
10ml fresh lime juice
10ml egg white
Ice
Simply:
1. Add all ingredients to a shaker & shake vigorously until shaker is very cold in your hands.
2. Add ice to a rocks glass & double strain.
3. Garnish with mint.
