An Adelaide Hills adventure awaits in the LOBO orchard. Begin by tasting new and maturing spirits, then tour the property and devour a feast cooked over fire by acclaimed chef Shannon Fleming.
Guests will meander to a range of special orchard sites, learning about the apples, pears and quinces that make their way into cider and distilled beverages. Settle in as Fleming – whose experience spans the legendary Orana and more recently LOT.100 – cooks four courses over fire and coals. Local and regional produce from ocean to desert will feature, with each dish matched to award-winning spirits and ciders. Return coach transfers from Victoria Square/Tarntanyangga are also included in this Tasting Australia event.
