Join Ngeringa’s Erinn Klein in his Adelaide Hills winery – source of an award-winning biodynamic range – while chef Stacey Conner of Noosa restaurant Humble on Duke prepares a lunch with ingredients sourced exclusively on site.
Try wine that is still aging from the 2024 vintage, together with museum vintages and current releases. Conner will be cooking lamb on the spit and a range of her renowned snacks while Jade Tareha – Humble on Duke restaurant manager and a passionate advocate for Ngeringa wine – pours the day’s beverages.
This is an all-inclusive event will feature a tour of the Ngeringa grounds, wine, food and a barrel tasting of vintage 2024 in the making.
