Mark Best knows fine dining. He spent 17 years at the helm of Sydney’s luxe Marque and is currently communicating his knowledge and experience as culinary advisor, recently opening the five-star Ritz-Carlton in Melbourne and now consulting to World’s 50 Best Hotels winner The Calile in Brisbane.
For Tasting Australia, Best will bring his strong opinions and best practice to the South Australian pasty.
