Jack & Jill’s Bar and Restaurant has been a go-to for many South Australians and visitors since opening four years ago in the heart of Pirie Street.

Surrounded by a number of famous Adelaide bars and restaurants, the venue has remained loyal to South Australian winemakers and producers. Its team is inspired by the quality of food and wine within easy reach, and this one-off event for Tasting Australia will showcase just a small snippet of leading local producers – all without having to travel too far.

Gather in the heart of Adelaide for a night of Gallic-inspired cuisine and the finest of wines from a menu designed to evoke the gorgeous French region of Bordeaux.

Crémant de Bordeaux 
Artisan oyster/crémant de Bordeaux foam 
Duck liver parfait/Médoc cabernet sauvignon jelly/pink pepper 

Graves – Sémillon 
Fruits de mer mosaic (tuna, kingfish, salmon)/buttermilk dressing 
Grape fondue/dill 

Saint Émilion – merlot, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon 
Vine leaf smoked quail/fava bean and saucisson cassoulet/rouille
