With daily sessions hosted by the talented Sprout chefs and exclusive masterclass sessions, you can expect it all at Rundle Mall’s most exciting Urban Kitchen yet! 

Friday 3 May and Saturday 4 May will feature recipes showcasing olive oil from Pendleton Olive Estate, paired with Mollydooker wines:

  • Olive oil chocolate mousse with berries & hazelnuts
  • Pork, fennel & broccolini pesto pasta 

Sunday 5 and Monday 6 May will feature recipes showcasing strawberries from Harvest the Fleurieu, paired with Raidis Estate rose:

  • Crispy skin salmon with strawberry & fennel salad and garlic yoghurt sauce
  • Sponge cakes with roasted strawberries & basil 

Tuesday 7 and Wednesday 8 May will feature recipes showcasing honey from The Honey Alchemists, paired with 78 Degrees whiskey:

  • Honey & thyme roasted apples with ricotta & walnuts  
  • Chicken wings with lemon honey dressing & zucchini salad 

Thursday 9 and Friday 10 May will feature recipes showcasing mushrooms from Choice Mushrooms, paired with Big Shed Brewing beer:

  • Mushroom, chorizo & pesto breakfast sliders
  • Mixed mushroom risotto 

Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 May will feature recipes showcasing potatoes from Mitolo Family Farms, paired with Red Hen Spirits gin:

  • Japanese potato pancake
  • Steak with salt & vinegar potatoes and Brussels sprout slaw
