Gold and trophy-awarded wines from Australia's Champion Small Winery 2024, Reillys Wines Clare Valley, will accompany a degustation lunch featuring seasonal produce from the region and wider South Australia.
Treat yourself to six courses meticulously prepared by head chef Luke Smith, and six remarkable wines that have earned expert acclaim.
This Tasting Australia event, to be held at Reillys’ Mintaro restaurant, will be hosted by owner and head winemaker Justin Ardill.
Featured wines include the 2016 Reillys Museum Release Watervale Riesling, 2016 Dry Land Shiraz and 2016 Old Vine Stolen Block Shiraz – trophy and gold medal winners – together with the 2016 Dry Land Old Bush Vine Grenache and 2016 Dry Land Cabernet Sauvignon, which both won gold. Additional varieties of the label’s premium handcrafted and estate-grown wines will be on hand along with menu pairings.
Reillys is also making a special bed and breakfast offer available over the festival’s two weekends. The minimum stay in its Heritage B&B Cottages has been reduced to one night, allowing guests to revel in the full Reillys Mintaro experience. Visit the Reillys website for further information and book by phone on (08) 8843 9013 for this one-night offer.
