Hospitality has been second nature to Romeo for more than three decades. She launched the original Fino Willunga in 2006 with business partner David Swain, guiding its evolution north to the Barossa and into the heart of Adelaide through Fino Vino. Recognised as Gourmet Traveller Restaurant Personality of the Year 2022, Romeo’s intuition and warmth are legendary.
