Curated by Executive Chef Kiran Ghate (KG), this bespoke degustation celebrates the beauty of balance and the power of the elements through flavour, texture and creativity. Each course draws inspiration from the natural world, brought to life using the finest South Australian produce and ingredients sourced from local farmers, fishers and artisans.

Guests will be welcomed with a specially crafted cocktail on arrival, featuring our homegrown gin, before indulging in a culinary experience that engages all five senses. Live music will set the mood, and Chef KG will personally introduce each dish, sharing the stories and inspiration behind the menu.
