GPO Anniversary Dinner

Celebrate 154 years of the Adelaide GPO with a refined four course dinner by Chef Jayesh, inspired by the flavours and dishes that once defined the building’s rich past. This anniversary menu reimagines nostalgic classics with contemporary technique and elevated courses showcasing South Australian produce, heritage inspired flavours, and a signature dessert crafted especially for the occasion.

Each course is perfectly paired with handcrafted wines from Oliver’s Taranga Vineyards, a sixth generation McLaren Vale estate known for its small batch, estate grown expressions of place and tradition.

Guiding the experience is Mark van Gestel, Oliver’s Taranga Brand Ambassador and Australian Wine Communicator of the Year (2022), who will share stories of the family’s 185 year legacy and the wines that accompany your meal.

Set within the GPO’s historic surrounds, this event brings together heritage, elegance, and modern culinary craft.
