South of Goyder- Noble Food x KHOU

Starts 13 May, 6:00 pm

$280

An immersive dining experience showcasing the produce, people and landscapes that shape South Australia's abundant food scene, South of Goyders Line.

Goyder’s Line, drawn in 1865 by Surveyor-General George Goyder, marks where South Australia’s reliable farmland ends and arid grazing country begins. Following the 300mm rainfall boundary, it highlights the limit of sustainable cropping, land south of the line can support agriculture, while the drier north is best for grazing. Still relevant today, it remains a powerful symbol of how climate defines the way we use the land.

Each course will represent a region through the medium of food, drink, sight and sound. Beginning in Ceduna and finishing in Pinnaroo. Our goal is to ignite guests' senses, connect them to the diverse regions of our state, the produce, and most importantly the people behind it.
