Born from Adriatic shores, Chef Maurizio brings decades of soulful, traditional cooking from his childhood in Southern Italy. Shane delivers his modern interpretation of New York-Italian — integrating techniques and flavours from his favourite cuisines around the world.

Expect handmade pasta, wood-grilled mains, and house-aged salumi and cheese. Classic Italian-American dishes reimagined with seasonal produce, global influences, and a touch of theatre.
