The Producer, The Maker & The Dairyman’s Daughter

Experience hospitality that unites friends and family with The Producer, The Maker and The Host to share and celebrate nearly 50 years of achievement.

The Producer is Michael Wohlstadt, otherwise known as 'The Dairyman' and 2025 delicious Produce Awards Australian Producer of the Year. He will share his story while The Maker – Vincenzo LaMontagna – will reveal cooking and making methods that are steeped in traditional knowledge and heritage.

LaMontagna will give life to the farm’s pantry of dairy, cheeses, heritage pork, aged dairy cow, mushrooms and preserves, all within the property’s new Karrawirra Pavilion.

The Dairyman’s Daughter is Greta Wohlstadt, who will bring her storytelling and deep passion for hospitality.
